Authorized Bernina Repair Facility    

Our Repair Technician, David, has been with the Quilting Bee for longer than he may care to remember...but all that experience makes him a fantastic resource for nearly any machine trouble you may encounter.  He has been fully trained by Bernina (and sometimes we think he shares his own knowledge with them!) and has yet to meet a machine he can't fix.  Prices vary for COA (clean, oil, adjust) on all machines, please call for pricing on your machine.   Standard repair time is 7-10 days.  We do offer same-day service to those customer coming in from out of town.  We require that your same-day service be scheduled directly with David so please call in advance to set that up.

YES - We repair all makes and models of sewing machines 
We can gladly take in any machine for a COA (clean, oil, adjust) and for many machines can get repair parts if anything needs replacement.  Occasionally we are not able to perform work due to an inability to attain parts so if you suspect your machine needs more than just a 'day at the spa', please call first and speak with our tech, David, to determine if we can meet your needs! 

Don't struggle with dulll scissors bring them to David along with his other duties he also sharpens scissors!  $8.50 per pair.
