How can I schedule a Repair or Service?
We know it’s difficult parting with your machine. So, we made it easy to keep your machine at home until it comes up in our queue.
Just call in at (509) 928-6037, and give us your name, machine make/model and contact information. We will contact you when your machine is coming up in our queue. Then just drop it off and it will be ready for you in a few days*.
*Note, if we have to order parts it may take longer.
From out of town?
We offer Same-Day Servicing for a Flat Rate of $39 extra. This is perfect for those living far from The Bee and need to schedule a trip to Spokane Valley in advance. Make sure to call a few weeks ahead of your expected trip, as our Same Day Servicing availability can fill up.
Note: Multi-Needle Embroidery Machines are not available for Same-Day Servicing due to repair complexity.
