We know it’s difficult parting with your machine. So, we made it easy to keep your machine at home until it comes up in our queue.

From out of town?
We offer Same-Day Servicing for a Flat Rate of $39 extra. This is perfect for those living over an hour from The Bee and need to schedule a trip to Spokane Valley in advance. Just give us a call at 509-928-6037 and we can schedule your service! Make sure to call a few weeks ahead of your expected trip, as our Same Day Servicing availability can fill up.
Note: Multi-Needle Embroidery Machines are not available for Same-Day Servicing due to repair complexity.
